[Resolved]  Track On Courier — Document sent from Bangalore Untraceable

I own a house in Banglaore, original lease documents were sent to me in Mumbai on 26th of March by my brother Dr. M.S.Sudhindra. The docket number is[protected]. Till date[protected] I have not received the courier. I have been running from pillar to post to get the courier. My brother contacted the person through whom the courier was sent(Track on) to get the Mumbai phone numbers for follow up. However, wrong numbers were furnished.
Finally, I managed to get the numbers from Just dial services. When I contacted the Powai office of Track on (that is where I stay), they asked me to contact the Sakinaka branch, who said that it was not in their jurisdiction and hence, they sent it back to their Head Office. When I contacted the head office, they said that their system showed that the courier has been delivered!? they could not give the details of the person who received the courier. They once again asked me to contact the Powai office. They even refused to connect me to their senior person or the issue be addressed by a senior manager/person.

When I again contacted the Powai office, now a different set of people asked for the details all over again, and said they can not tell me anything for the day, since their systems were down!! They even refused to take down my mobile number so that they could call me back and inform me the status.

I would like to sue this company for deleriction of duty/not fulfilling part of the obligation. Their high handended attitude, and arrogant approach has caused me a lot of distress and the documents which are o[censored]tmost importance are untraceable.

What do I do?
