I would like to file a complaint against Trackon Courier regarding a parcel that was incorrectly marked as delivered but was never received by me.

A doctor had sent urgent medicines to me through Trackon Courier as it was related to my health and required timely delivery. However, the courier tracking status shows that the parcel has already been delivered, even though I have not received the package.

Am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with the service provided by your delivery boy on 30/1/2026. Despite arriving at the exact location and talking with me, he failed to deliver the parcel (Consignment No.[protected] and instead marked it as "address not found, " and "Mobile number not found", which is completely inaccurate.

What's more concerning is his rude and abusive behavior towards me....

I have parceled from delhi to bhopal with consignment number :[protected].
However at bhopal they are saying they don't have service.
My question is why the hell they accept parcel at origin (delhi) and took money and ate my time....

I booked a Premium Express consignment (AWB No.[protected] on 13/10/2025 from Trackon Couriers, Noida Sector 18 branch. The shipment was undelivered at the destination (Puspa Complex, Palwal, Haryana) due to "heldup auto release" and "no service" and was marked for Return to Origin (RTO).
As of 26/12/2025, more than 74 days have passed since booking, and the parcel has still not been returned to my office despite repeated follow-ups.br...

I am highly disappointed with the service of Trackon Dombivli West. I had sent Kerala food items like banana chips, chuda and jackfruit chips to Gujarat for Onam festival, paying ₹300 with assurance of safe delivery in 5 days. Though it reached a day early, the parcel was delivered in a horrible condition. The box was torn, food packets ripped and mixed, and it clearly looked as if rats or pests had eaten them. I placed an order and made an online payment through Razorpay to the seller (Troy’s Squad). It has been several days, and I have not received the package. I contacted the seller multiple times, and they informed me that the courier had been contacted, but there is no proof of delivery or update from their side.

Misbehave : After many try finally able to know the medicine is on hold need to collect personally by connecting to Bhola Singh Rajpoot ([protected]) and Utkarsh Kumar([protected]). travellect all the way around 30 km to collect but no one picking call. Finally when tried to call utkarsh, he starts shouting on me and misbehaves like this is my fault to choose trackon service. He is not even ready to understand the urgency about medicine. Finally i got new number of Raj ([protected]), he is always saying will confirm you after taking docking number, but never confirmed. What a worst service Trackon is provicing now a day. After 15 days still there is no track of my medicine. Please suggest a suitable point of contact to escalate this issue.

This is regarding one of the shipment which had live saving medicines been booked via trackon air[protected] on 22.11.24, goods were returned to delhi due to ODA, every month the goods are being sent on that address and received, the problem is, after raising this concern, nobody is responding and giving the clear picture of delivery, we aredoubting the capability of the future services looking at the non responsive nature

I am filing this complaint against Trackon Courier (Reference Number:[protected] for failure to deliver my courier on time, causing significant inconvenience and financial loss.
Facts of the Case:
1. Booked courier on [30.09.2024] with promised delivery on 03.10.2024.
2. As of 07.10.2024 (7 pm), the courier remains undelivered, exceeding the promised delivery date by 4 days.
3. The courier contains critical documents to be submitted to the Insurance Ombudsman Office, and the delay has resulted in missing the submission deadline.
4. Despite numerous attempts to contact Trackon Courier's customer care ([protected]), I received arrogant responses.

I have sent the parcel on 9th Aug 2024 but parcel not received as on date . I have talked with your trackon executive Miss Rachna, on Mobile number[protected] everytime she told aaj mil jayega . but not received till Rakhi. I want to take strict action on her otherwise i will go to consumer court because it is not just Rakhi its my emotions for my brother. it is requested take strict action on her.
