[Resolved]  Trackon Courier — Non Receipt of Parcel

One Parcel has been booked in Trackon Courier from Mumbai in the name o[censored]ndersigned in the following address Saumitra Goswami, O/o the Superintendent RMS, Trunk Road, Silchar, Cachar Assam Mob No [protected] but after the lapsed of ample time, no parcel has been received by me. The parcel No is[protected] but after reached at Guwahati , there is no further information of whereabout. The Silchar Unit on repeated enquiry has intimated that no such parcel has been received by him.No such further depatch of the parcel is being uploaded by them in the track and trach system of their website. Please do the needful so that I can able to get back my parcel or justice to me.
