Sub: Reminder for Parcel sent vide your courier receipt No.[protected]

Dear Sir,

This reminder refers to our earlier letter dated [protected] for which we have neither received any reply from your end nor the parcel was delived to the consignee. The text of our letter was as follows
“ We availed of your courier services through your office at LG 7-8, Lusa Tower, Commercial Complex, Azadpur, Delhi-110033 for sending a parcel vide Courier receipt no[protected] dated[protected] with our commercial invoice No.R-00594 dated[protected] for Rs 2,84,680/- for delivery to M/s Affy Pharma Pvt. Ltd, vill. Thane, Baddi, HP. Unfortunately the parcel has not yet been delivered at the destination.
1. All our efforts with your Delhi and Baddi office for delivery of the parcel have been in vain.
2 Since parcel involved high value goods, we personally visited your office at Baddi, to our surprise your office did not cooperate in tracing the status of the Parcel. The Non Co-operative attitude of your staff caused a suspicion. We have come to know that a few other complaints of similar nature were also pending against your Courier service of Baddi Branch.
3. You are therefore advised to arrange for immediate delivery of the said Parcel or to pay amount equal to the cost of the material supplied along with demurrage charge within three days of the receipt of this notice failing which we shall be constrained to take recourse to legal remedy, at your cost, as may be advised to us “.
You are again requested to take necessary steps immediately in this regard.
