[Resolved]  Trackon Courier — not receiving of courier

hi, i am kunal anand. i have a complain against trackon courier services.
i booked an envelope putting rakhi inside on the date 6th august,2011 from the city biharsharif, nalanda(BIHAR) to Bangalore.
he give guarantee to reach Bangalore within 2 or 3 days..... but it does not reached untill 13th august.
i tracked the courier on trackoncourier.com, it shows that courier is holding at madiwala office but why it is not delivering, no one knows even adress and phone no. was mentioned clearly.
i am regularly contacting the mobile/phone of trackon biharsharif office, madiwala office, and head office delhi also, but no one giving response to me, sometimes call recieved at madiwala office and cut after hearing my name at least i spended 50 rupees in phone also.
i tried the no. was [protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].
what the [censored] service of this courier, i never use trackon courier again and does not give suggestion to my friend and relative to use it.
i am very much tensed.
i file a complain against this courier and need the justice.
if needed, i will definitely file an FIR and charges of harassment and mentally torture against this courier and specially against madiwala office.
if any higher authority of consumer forum reading this, please take the legal action immediately.
