[Resolved] Trackon Courier — Non delivery and Foul language used

On follow from the concern persons whosc mob no. was[protected] SkyTeam, the courier has been sent from Aurangabad on 30.11 and recd at Sanpada on 02.12 at 11.12 am, since then they are not bothered to deliver and on enquiring with the concern person, he said he will deliver only on 04.12, when told its urgent, he ruoudly said I cannot do anything, if required you can complaint, nothing can happen.

our customer M/s Intelux Electronics, PUNE sent one courier to our company Address.ie. ELMAS POWER SYSTEMS, B-30, Electronic Complex, Kushaiguda, Hyd-62 Thr. Doc.No.[protected] on 09.11.2008. but this courier we not recd. so pls clarify.
