[Resolved]  Trackon Courier Services - Ahmedabad / Bangalore / Mumbai — Luggage not delivered

I, Sejal shantilal Darji, residing in Ahmedabad, Gujarat had contacted Tackon, ahmedabad to deliver lagguage from Bangalore to ahmedabad.

It includes Gas cylinder and lot of vessels. I contacted Manoj who is an employee of trackon - [protected] and he had collected stuff from below mentioned adress :

I had kept my lagguage @ my friend's place whose name is Pinank jariwala and he had to go onsite project, so he handed over stuff this this guy "raghu".This guy was not answering properly and he might had given some instructions to this courier guy.

After collecting my stuff Manoj, who is an employee of Trackon has not replied properly on any of my calls.
I contacted Ahmedabad Regional branch and Hub branch. As well, I contacted - Mumbai head office where I have got no reply in stead recepionist used to disconncted my calls. This was very embarassing and shocking.

And i have got updates from Santh Kumar - [protected] who sits in bangalore branch that it is sealed @ sales tax department- he has not given me adress of anything.

This is the first time, I have experience such kind of service.

I am badly in need of those all stuff as I have to migrate to other city. I being a girl have been requesting and spending lot of money after calls. It is humiliating and I can not take this any more.
