[Resolved] Trackon Couriers — Lost parcel

I had booked a parcel for Mysore vide bill no[protected] at Trackon Courier's Malad (E) office on 3rd September 2010. I was told it would reach the party within 5-6 days. But the party informed me on 14th that they have not received the parcel. So when I contacted the Malad office, they told me that they would try to track down the parcel. But till date I have not heard anything from the company's Malad representative, Mr. Jitendra. He has been totally non-cooperative right from the start. This has caused me a financial loss of Rs 3000. How am I supposed to claim compensation for this loss? Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Trackon Couriers — Parcel lost

We have given parcel to Trackon Courier on 29.10.09 docket no[protected] for the rajasthan alwar, the parcel was received party after 5 days which we have send by Air but the parcel was empty there was nothing inside when they see. after that we have discuss this matter to trackon courier responsible person Mr bangera but nothing is happen till now 27.11.09 he told me " you can complain to police i dont mind " we are not responsible for the lost of parcel

TRACKON COURIER — Misplace of Parcel

Misplace of Parsel from Trackon Curier Company:-

I had sent a parsel to jaipur on the date of 30/4/2010 and till date it has been not delivered. I had a word with Costomer care but they are not giving me proper asnwer.

They had lost this parcel.

What could be action against this company. Kindly suggest me.
