[Resolved]  Trackon Couriers — Irresponsible Response

I have send a courier on 1st of November 2010, The status on the website is updated only till 2nd November 2010. the contact number on the waybill is never reachable. no one makes an effort to receive the call. Even the customer care number for kolkata[protected] never works. I am pissed of there services. i don't feel the couriers sent out through them are secured or they are responsible enough to update the status on the website or even to at least make there customer care numbers work.
