[Resolved] Trackon Couriers — late delivery

i had sent a packet vide no.[protected] on the 2/6/10, which they claimed was received by them on 3/6/10, and they also claim that it has been delivered on 4/6/10. But the recipient kept on saying that he has not received the courier. when i asked for the POD for the courier guy i was told that the same will be available only after 4-5 days. the packet was actually delivered on 8/6/10 at around 1-1.30 p.m. i think they are trying to take us for a ride by giving false claims, even the website on which we can track the packet shows that the same is not updated. there is no direct contact available on the website for lodging a complaint.

I had a courier sent to me marked "Most urgent" through Trackon Couriers from Hyderabad to Bangalore. At the same time, another courier was also sent from Hyderabad to Chennai through the same courier. The courier company picked up the courier on 21st August (Sun) and was supposed to have shipped it out on 22nd, but the parcel was finally delivered to me on the 30th. The parcel to Chennai also reached only after close to a week. Beware if you plan to use Trackon couriers.

I have booked my consignment (docket no[protected] from Delhi to Patna.
I was told that, it will take only one day to reach at delivery address.But till this time, i have not get any status from this Courier.
I called N no of times to Mr Kundan([protected]), the local represntative of Delhi, but he was least bothered to pick up the calls &amp; give service to the customer.
Consigment consists medicine for patient who is suffering from cancer.He had an appointment of doctor in Patna .
But due to unavailability of the medicine, the appointment was cancelled.
Totally pathetic service &amp; no one is ready to give the exact status.
