[Resolved]  Trackon Couriers Pvt Ltd — NON DELIVERY OF PACKET AND RUDE STAFF

I had sent a courier through your Udhampur office vide consignment No.[protected] on 6 Mar 2009 for Chandimandir (Panchkula)
The article has not been delivered till dtae.
Enquiries at concerned branches at Ambala, Panchkula Sec 4 Branch and Manimajra branch revealed that the packet has been returned to Ambala and thereafter returned to Udhampur without delivering or any attempt to deliver the same.
It is further to complain that Mr Rajiv at Manimajra Br was rude enough to say that it is not his job to even inform the consignee on tele about the consignment and that he would not do so.
It is regretable that such a rude behaviour is being done by the employees who are arrogant enough to say that " Do whatever you want to do".
I feel that this courier service is a very careless service and should be lenalised for its deficient service
