I have submitted the parcel on 13/12/2010 and was promised will be delivered on 16/12/2010, however the parcel has still not reached the destination point till now . When I called to know the status , the people working there were very unprofessional & rude and also not ready to take the responsibility of the parcel.When I checked the status online it was showing misplaced .When I tried calling the branch every time the call was disconnted and nobody bother to pick the phone.
Now the status of the delivery it been closed and still the parcel is not delivered.
