I had opted for Platinum Membership from Tradekey India which included following services : BUSINESS WEBSITE FEATURES:- WE WILL PROVIDED THE 4 PAGES + 4 IMAGES WEBSITE INDIVIDUAL DOMAIN LIKE : WWW.YOUR-COMPANY-NAME.COM 2 POP LIKE [protected]@YOUR-COMPANY-NAME.COM 4 PRODUCTS PAGES WITH 50 IMAGES (PER PAGE/ONE IMAGE) 6 OTHER PAGES LIKE : ABOUT US, TERMS & CONDITIONS + CONTACT US + INQUIRY SEPARATE PROMOTION IN ALL MAJOR SEARCH ENGINES LIKE GOOGLE, YAHOO, MSN, LYCOS, ALTA-VISTA AND MORE EXTERNAL PROMOTION LIKE : DIRECTORY SUBMISSION, BLOG SUBMISSION, ARTICLE SUBMISSION LANGUAGE CONVERTER FEATURE SEARCH OPTION LIVE CHAT OPTION ONLY YAHOO, MSN, GTALK OR SKYPE IN YOUR WEBSITE. 24*7 LIVE SUPPORT E-TRUST Even after payment of full fees the company only made a webpage but did not work on promotion and other services. Also inspite of me calling them regularly I get no satisfactory response from the staff. I feel I'am totally cheated. When they wanted money they called me many a times in a day and now when I have paid them they are not even ready to answer my calls and solve my complaints and problems. we had spent 6000/- for hosting our website, & spent another 6000/- in followup's, each time we used to call we had a talk to some different employ of the company, Abhishek Bali <abhishekbali.[protected]@gmail.com> [protected]; jyoti Singh <tradekeyindia.[protected]@gmail.com> [protected]/49 reena yadav <webkeyindia.[protected]@gmail.com> [protected]; Seema Nagar <seema.[protected]@gmail.com> [protected]; here abhishek is the head, & if we ask for any other admin head contact no they would not provide it(coz they didnt had any) & the other employs who talk to us keep on changing.
this is a total site & plz plz do not get ur self involved in this company, it would just waste ur precious time & a lot of money.
we had sent our cheque on 16/7/2012, n till date we are just getting their stupid asn's.
we would like to file a complain in "gharak surakasha"
plz support us to close down this company & get ur money back.
