Trading Account — No status of my signed application and personal document

I have opened a 3 in one online trading account with axis bank long time back. The bank had a collaboration with Geojit BNP Paribas at those times for online trading facilities. Later, this collaboration ended and I was given an option to choose between Axis Securities and Geojit BNP Paribas for further usage. I chose Axis Securities, since I had my Demat holding in Axis bank. I thought, this would be very convenient and easy. I didn't knew, this was my mistake, and to suffer a great extent. From the day till now, I have been waiting to get my trading account to be opened by Axis. No body even bothered to take the fact seriously, that all those holding in the Demat account is a waste, without having any trading account to operate it. I have suffered a great deal of opportunity loss, not being able to sell or purchase shares on right time. Later, after several follow ups, some executive with name Abhishek has visited from bank and got trading account application signed and collected KYC documents related to it. Now, again the status of my application is not traceable. The said executive has resigned and I have no idea of the status of this applications. I am unaware of the fact, that my kYC documents is rightly used or not.
