Tradus — incorrect product delivered

Sub Order ID: 67868531. I bought online an Universal Tablet Keyboard With Leather Case from tradus.com. After received the above item I observed the following discrepancies 1. The Leather Case is not matching with photo shown in site tradus.com
2.Universal Tablet Keyboard totally different and having less keys/button as shown in photo on tradus.com
3. The quality o[censored]niversal Tablet Keyboard With Leather Case is very low
4. Upper arrow key is defective.
5. Incorrect product is delivered

I have ordered ' Moser Professional Electric Shaving Trimmer -3 Years Warranty ' on 25 - June - 2013 ( Order ID : 9659661 ). I have received the shipment on 02 - July - 2013. But the product received is not the one that i have ordered. The product that i received is 'Jinghao JH4601 Hair Clipper '. This is real cheating. I have contacted customer service and the reply from then is they will contact me within 48 hours, waiting for there response to take further action.
