traffic — Bangalore traffic police

I want to let people know herewith that the Bangalore traffic police has become the sales men for their unauthorized charges to innocent people specially women. They deliberately stop the vehicle when they see woman is driving or seating at the back. The language they use is very inappropriate with female and they say that you (female) is public and they (police) is officer. what is the meaning of such statement? I want to know who have given them this right to talk to people like this. Are they not public servant? I want to ask this to Karnataka Govt. Do you feel that Bangalore is as safe as it was earlier for female when the responsible authorities (so called) start harassing the public.
Am referring herewith my recent experience with two traffic police fellows, who were standing near to Cosmos mall, Brookfield. When I asked him his name he told me its Rajkumar B R. Am not sure if he has told me his correct name. Since he was talking so much about his authority and power that he told me if I talk anything further he is going to put me behind the bars without any fault of mine. He told he is going to complaint about me to the commissioner. What he was refering to,,I didnt have any idea about that. I was just thinking about that we should not complaint about the system. The actual problem lies with the people who are the part of this system.
