[Resolved]  Traffic Police Hyderabad — Unjustified Fine

Dear Sir,

I had a horrible experience with one of the Checking Officer who was doing Vehicle check on KPHB IV Phase near reliance Mart Circle dated 19 Jan 2013.

I have Shifted my Vechile recently 3-4 months in A.P. After Stopping my Vehicle the officer asked for Docs,I have provided him all document but he insisted he want NOC.but i had no NOC as i have recently shifted.

Then he started saying that he will seize my bike, I told him ok if you want seize it.

Then he slapped me fine of Rs200.but the fine which he imposed was under Section 130,179,and 183.

Without describing this section he forced me to signed on paper,after looking the challan and going through Section which he imposed,it appear it is no where related to NOC offence.
