I have made double payment against a shopping at Smart point Reliance at Ghatsila, Jharkhand-832103 due to mistake of one staff, Miss Puza Bose(name through true caller) on 27/08/2025 by By debit card transection no. I placed two orders of trousers on Jio mart on May 19 and I received the product on May 24th. I tried the product and it is bigger in size and I've placed return request within a hour. Return person reached my place the next day and took the products. I returned total of 3 products including this two pants.

One product gor approved no issues. For one of this trousers received message on whatsapp that the return has been rejected...
