    I have made double payment against a shopping at Smart point Reliance at Ghatsila, Jharkhand-832103 due to mistake of one staff, Miss Puza Bose(name through true caller) on 27/08/2025 by By debit card transection no. SBIPOS[protected] and SBIPOS[protected] but till date I have not received the amount of the second payment which i have to pay for mistake of their staff.     Didn't receive refund

    I placed two orders of trousers on Jio mart on May 19 and I received the product on May 24th. I tried the product and it is bigger in size and I've placed return request within a hour. Return person reached my place the next day and took the products. I returned total of 3 products including this two pants.

    One product gor approved no issues. For one of this trousers received message on whatsapp that the return has been rejected...

        It is to inform you that my self Sandeep Kumar and today visited in Ambala city Reliance Mart to buy some consumable items but it was shoking when Reliance Mart staff was misleading to me and wasting my time at the time of billing and push me to go that counter after another counter even there was no crowd only two counter was running, second staff way of talking with customer was too rude which was not acceptable at any cost and plz ensure to take immediate action and sensitive to your staff.           Hi Team,

          We have purchased the Daikin AC on 31st March 2024 from Reliance Smart Bazar, Location-Gaur City Mall, Greater Noida West .It got installed on 2nd April . It has not worked since that day. Also there is no booklet and Warranty card came with the AC . On asking the technician who came to installed it he said it is going to be there. When I checked AC boxes nothing was there and now I am doubtful whether they have given us original AC or a Duplicate product.

          We have raised the complaint against the same on both Daikin Customer Support (Sr No.[protected] and Reliance Smart Bazar customer service (Service Request No-[protected])

          For first few days nobody contacted us from both the teams, neither Daikin nor Reliance Mart . After many follow ups, on 9th April the Daikin technician visited and told us that the person who has installed the AC has wrongly installed it and there is no Gas in it that's why its not working.

          On the other hand on 10th April(Today) the Reliance Mart technician visited, made a video and told there is some problem in the AC but he is not able to find out what exactly the problem is and still the AC is not working.

          We as customers are HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with the AC and in fact with the services of both the Companies- Daikin and Reliance Mart. It's most shocking that its a New AC which is bought on 31st March 2024 and its not working.

          Its a mental torture case as we have purchased a brand new AC of Daikin from Reliance Mart and now both the companies are just putting the blame on each other and nobody is interested in resolving the issue and are just wasting our time.

          We now don't want this AC from Daikin company. We want our money to be refunded on immediate basis as we cannot trust any of the Companies(Daikin and Reliance Mart)

          I am attaching the Invoice for your reference and would request you to kindly look into the matter on an urgent and high priority basis and provide the solution .

          Hi Team, Kindly update the status as we want refund . . Even after buying the AC on 31st March 2024 we are sleeping without it as it is not working. My family and small children are also suffering as the temperature is getting hot day by day. Please provide the solution at the earliest.

          Kindly update the status of the complaint. We are already suffering a lot because of Reliance Mart and Daikin AC . What's the point in putting up a consumer complaint if your team is not responding.

              amount paid Rs. 1188.90 by ICICI bank Debit card.
              while my order process, one item cycle agarbastil amount Rs.99/- not avaiabel.
              My bill prepared without instant discount Rs. 1321 less Cycle Agarbati amount Rs.99/- net bill is 1222/- they have only less in bill but actual amount

                Recently i bought some urad dal from reliance but the problem is the price in the bill and the price shown in the mrp was different the mrp was 159rs but they they asked me to pay 174rs
                When i asked why is this different they didnt have an answer so... Reliance smart is charging higher than the maximum retail price

                  On Wednesday 8.2.24 I have purshased grocery from reliance smart point total amount of 2263 I have paid money through the upi scan on phonepe I have tried several times but the system is recognised and have tried the paying through another app paytm the app shows it was successful but the system there was still in payment bending and again paid through another way at final my bank statement shows the amount debited twice can I get money back or not I request you to send the money back
