My driving license was confiscated by 2 policemen on the MG Road-Brigade Road junction on 25th August, 2011. Although I had crossed Brigade Road entrance, they stopped me saying I jumped signal, which was a false allegation. I resisted from paying Rs.100 which they were asking for. I asked for a ticket which I can contest in a court, which the policemen refused to provide. The policemen forcefully confiscated my driving license (KV/1388/2001 - Abhishek Rhisheekesan) and was even threatening to confiscate my car keys. Kindly help me in retrieving my driving license.
