I refer to many parts of Pune city. A policeman is riding a bike by side of the road. He identifies a lone person and stops him. Then he shows him some pamphlets that how they are doing some social work for needy children. Then he says put your name in this diary. He shows how others have contributes to this noble cause.

The cheat is that it’s a fake diary with fake names. If you look closely you will find that even though he says these people have written their names, it’s the same handwriting all over and they show that each have contributed 2000 Rs to this cause. Then he puts pressure on you to shell out 2000 rs from your side for this noble cause.

It’s hard to refuse as he is a policeman.

I am sure the money that you give is wasted in bad habits like alcohol and tobacco and other bad practices. Nothing is going to any needy children. Policeman are looting people in this sophisticated manner.

Sincere Request: To the Maharashtra Police Higher Authority or the Concerned Department

Respected Sir,

Good afternoon. I have written an email and gently reminded the relevant police officers ( MR.Padwal, API [protected] and Mr.Yogesh Patil, Inspector [protected] Mera Road Police station, Maharashtra ) and higher authorities to take necessary action, but as of right now, no action has been taken by authorities, which outside force compelling them to refrain from taking action against the financial cheater, Mr. Mr Chandrashekar Nikam, who violated our agreement. I have asked the Police Department for assistance in taking necessary and immediate action to recover and settle the amount with compensation, since the cheater wasted our valuable time, money, and age by providing false job commitments.

The police department can freeze bank accounts and take legal action against the cheater after the government gives them the authority to track for their data using the petitioner's supporting documentation. How will the lower authorities assist the general public if the higher authorities themselves do not issue any directives or take any action at all?

Mr. Mr Chandrashekar Nikam gave us the bank check so we could collect the money, but the checks weren't approved by the bank for low balance reasons, (document included).

Hence, I humbly request to your good self that, please implement orders to the Concerned Officer / Department to take immediate action on the given petition without causing any further delay.

याबाबत तुमची भूमिका काय सर तुम्ही मला मार्गदर्शन करावे.

Sir, I drive a Mahindra KUV 100, Few Days back i got an e challan for violation of parking rules at H89M+R4W, Sector 29, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. With all due respect that e challan than I have received is wrong, Currently I am in Punjab due to COVIED19 me and my family move to, my home town Amritsar (2020) till date we are here only.
Sir, I request that this e challan number UP[protected] be reconsidered as first of all I wasn’t in DELHI NCR and secondly, my car in punjab. It will be a bad impression on my driving license to have an violation of parking rules, so I would be humbly grateful if you looked into this matter. Thank you for your time and cooperation.

We required traffic light in Shankarpally patancheru turing Shankarpally X road there is many big vehicles are coming from hyd road and patancheru road there maybe chance of accidents please arrange some traffic signals

Why in Shankarpally traffic lights are not coming because of not coming on dussera there are many accident happens why traffic police not taking any action

I have parked my vehicle in parking area at Dhanlaxmi complex opp Mangalya hall Near airport circle.
Today dated[protected] Friday & someone let me know that traffic police came and intentionally do puncher on my both tyre of my vehicle n same treatement given to approx 40 to 50 vehicle and also they damage seats, seats cover side light.
I also hear that this act is do after the complex shop owner has give instructions. The Shop owner of Dhanlaxmi complex is also involved to damage all vehicle which parked at parking area not on no parking zone.
This is not gone be tolerated. Stick action need agains the shop owner & involved traffic police.

I have been trying to apply for a Police Clearance Certificate online on https://pcs.mahaonline.gov.in but some fields require entering your name in Marathi and it doesn't auto-fill, nor is it letting me enter anything in that space. Hence, I cannot proceed with registering and applying for a PCC.

Traffic police of Delhi and Delhi NCR is impounding and harassing 8-year-old diesel vehicles citing a ban after 10 years of vehicle age. They are saying they have the power to ban 8 years old vehicles too. They are involved in asking monetary favors not to impound vehicles. Is this your corruption-free Delhi?

If it can happen in Delhi what will be the fate of Punjab? is all your claim fake and fooling the general public?

I was stopped by traffic police near ghodbandar dmart. when I asked for the fault he said that I had taken U turn, but when I showed him others also taking same U turn, he said I jumped the signal. but the fact is that there was no signal working at that time. so I asked, sir where is the signal operating? Then he started talking loudly that, you don't teach me, further said this what happens when you are educated and don't be oversmart. i kept on asking my fault, even I said I am ready to pay the fine..but tell me what did I do. but this gentleman kept on shouting on me saying, "now you will see what I do. i will make sure that you are served with notice and all" I kept on requesting that I am ready to pay fine but tell me what is my fault. he took photos of the car and kept on saying now "now you go..you will see what I will do. Please help in this, me asking my fault should not considered as me insulting him. on the other hand this gentleman kept on shouting on me on the road and people were looking at me. I had a Challan which is belongs from Maharashtra Police.
Can you explain what is the reason and why they fined me.

1. The evidence image of car was maruti suzuki and my car is hyundai santro.
2. The evidence image car number plate alphabets is not clear.
3. The location of car caught is completely different location and it is not easly possible to travel during this pandemic situation.
Please check and cancel the e-challan filed against me.

I am residing at singaperumal koil and a regular commutor by car/bike of gst road.
A traffic police at the singaperumal koil junction behaves in a very unprofessional way (Hitting vehicles/using bad words) regularly.
I am affected by him 2to 3 times so far.
He behaves in this way to all public.
I would like to lodge a complaint against him.

Bangalore is well known for its traffic problem. When I came here I saw that but what is more frustrating is behaviour of traffic police and the way they are hunting for bakra. They are earning more than IT manager in Bangalore. In many un predictable location they are just collecting money instead of solving traffic issues. Even if you saw them licence insurance they will say you just break the signal. I know I didn’t but there is no camera and no proof they are having CBI in their eyes. They will tell you real fine is 2100 so it’s obvious that you are not interested to pay that much. And then they settle in 300-500.

The amount of Toeing is 750 for two wheeler. I don’t fill 750 petrol in my vehicle per month. Who defined this? Everything else is costly here so police will also increase fine? Amazing man. By collecting more fine, you think you can solve traffic problems? I sa discipline here in traffic. That’s really adorable. One day something bad will happen to all those traffic police who disturbed innocent people. Karma will answer them. Just wait.

This is with reference to the challan no. Pnccc[protected] for mh12 gw 6188 issued on 12th july 2019 in pune wherein the description of violation states "without helmet". I would like to bring to your concern that the two-wheeler image uploaded as the evidence does not belong to me and my bike model is bajaj pulsar 150 dtsi. And in the attached proof it is clearly seen that the bike is of hero honda company. Please verify the same with my bike registration certificate. Please cancelled this challan.

Hi all,

I wanted to know how i need to deal with a echallan that i got yesterday (July 7th) for driving an uninsured vehicle, having said that i have the insurance live for my vehicle, but while caught by the police randomly, i dont have the hard copy of my insurance, and in mobile am unable to open the format.

Now, i have my hardcopy with me, is there anyway i can show this and get my echallan dismissed? Where i need to approach like court or the respective police stations.

Today i'm writing this complaint again because no one is listening me, as i told you in my last mail that I belongs to Gulaab Vatika, Loni Road (district Ghaziabad).Due to lack of Traffic Police we do not even leave for an office on time.. Too much traffic and not a single traffic police control man giving his services, , due to which we mango people facing loads of problems as i am a girl and i also facing teasing by road side romeos when i walked to get rid of traffic, , From last three days i'm walking 0.5 km because of traffic, , autorikshaws stuck in traffic jams for an hour and as a result we got late to caught our train or metro.
so i request you by joining my both the hands and i'm begging you to help us to get rid off from all this nonsense and Bematlab ka traffic

Sir, actually I driven opposite direction for just 40m, eventhough it's mistake .at that time traffic police caught asked 1000rupess fine and I simply said no and standing calmly.he take my bike key and ask me pay fine at court but I said I will ready to pay spot fine I don't have time I want to go office like that I explained but he never mind at all.

Dear sir, i got letter from Bangalore traffic police from Chamarajpet division. That mentioned I was riding bike without helmet, which surprise me.As per receipt the Violation was happened on date 19-feb-2014 at 1745 Hrs, same day I was in office and bike was with me.i am new to Bangalore don’t know where the chamarajpet location. As i ask for prove, they provide me with my correct bike number but it was red color super splender, my bike is black color pulsur. After giveing lots of mail to bangalore traffic police, they used reply with one content .please check with chamrajpet police satation. Please cehck and do the needfull.

Hi, My complaint is regarding traffic police misbehaviour. I had an incident today at Arekere gate Bannerghatta road bangalore at 7.00 PM. I didn't wear the helmet and one of the police man came to me and asked to park my bike in the road side. While I was doing it, that police man tried to take keys out from bike and he hold my hand and forcefully pushed me. I was stunned and had no idea on why he was forcing me. I was cooperating already. when I told him to calm down two more police man came and they all three pushed me to the road side. All the people on the road were watching. they were shouting, threatened me and one of them was consistently pushing me on my shoulder. then they made a chalaan of Rs 300 /- on following issues: 1. Riding without Helmet 2. Misbehaviour with Police officer 3. Lane Discipline I couldn't understand why they have made chalaan for 2nd and 3rd issue above. I had all the documents with me. I didn't misbehave, on the contrary they misbehaved with me. At the same time they were consistently harrasing me. I noted one policeman's name was: K. T. Puttaswami (Police Office Name) Now I am feeling totally harrassed and I would like to take this matter ahead. It was injustice to me and it shows that there is no respect for citizens by those trafic police officers. I would request to check this matter and take appropriate action. I am ready file a police complaint Or complete any formalities if required. I have never been harrassed like that in my whole life. Thanks for your cooperation.

Raja.S (INS) & police batch no -35750 collecting cash for helmet rs.100 spot fine.location opp to mcc college, east tambaram and not giving any excusess then why the hindu and all publishers says that compulsory of helmet from july 1st. i don't know whether these money comes to govt (or) they have their own cash bill machine.

The Traffic police are utilizing there power in a wrong. They pick the vehicle from Parking Area forcefully and charge fine for parking in No-Parking area. They don't even listen what we say . In the Police Station or Traffic police station where ever you go they don't understand our problem neither tries to understand. They speak in local language only and don't understand or speak English. They forcefully take the Original Driving License of Other State and tells us that to receive it after 10 days, so that in the 10 days they can loot more money from the people. Please do something or else our future of India will never become good. And the receipt they gives us is written in local language which an outside will never understand.

Please note that there is a huge traffic on west patel nagar red light while crossing there is no traffic person to handle the traffic. Its very difficulty to cross the zibra line. I would like to request you that traffic person would be there to handle the situation . In the evening specially it impossible to cross the road.Kindly look the matter and reslove at the earliest. As i could learn from internet that i should have finned a amount Rs.100 of not carrying licence along while driving accordind to MVA 177 1988. but i have been asked for Rs 500 initially by Mr.Shanmugasundharam. Then i saw him settling for 300 Rs. And in just a min time he came down to 200. And then finally a 100 in his hands. cant the law be made transparent to public as these laws are meant to serve the public. I have made a recording of Mr.Shanmugasundaram's argument though not a clear video voice can be heard and i have taken a little risk to show Mr.shanmugasundaram too. I'm not sure how big is the offence of catching a police in a video but i guess is less than that happened against me.

Please study the traffic problem at the T junction of H Pocket market in Sarita Vihar. Traffic entering Sarita Vihar wanting to drive straight do not wait for oncoming traffic who wish to turn at H block market. As a result they drive on the right side of the road forming two lanes and block the road from all oncoming traffic. The chaos continues for 20 minutes at a time on a daily basis. There seems to be a need for a traffic light within the colony.
