[Resolved] Transcend Ram / Accel Frontline — Worst replacement warranty by Transcend / Accel Frontline | |||
I've purchased a 1GB DDR1 RAM from New Computer House, SP Road, Bangalore. When I connected the same in my machine in the very first time, I came to know that it is not working. I went and checked with the merchant for the replacement. He asked me to contact Accel Front Line for the replacement. I gave the same on 6th February'12 for replacement (Call Id:TSCBET[protected]DW) as it has warranty. I've met the branch Manager and explained my problem too. She said that it may take minimum 45 days. I really don't know the reason for the delay. I'm really frustrated. I've sent many mails regarding the replacement but they have not responded. I really don't know whether it's delay from Accel Frontline or from Transcend India. This has given me a good lesson to avoid Transcend product in the future. Was this information helpful? | |||

The same thing happened in my case also, i gave the 5 DDR 3 RAM on 09-Mar-2013 for replacement..
Almost two month gone still no response from their end. i am running my 1.5 lak system with 2 GB ram instead of 12 GB
i am going to buy new one(Not at all Transcend RAM) otherwise i will loos all my freelancer project due to this

Better avoid Trancend products!!
