transglobal express — unreliability

arranged through transglobal express to have parcel uplifted on Friday 7 January 2011, courier selected through transglobal was DHL to deliver parcel within 2-3 working days (international destination). Arranged through transglobal for parcel to be uplifted between 11am and 3pm, despite 4 calls to transglobal who said they had contaced DHL that day, as the parcel had not been uplifted within the designated time frame, that the parcel would still be uplifted. It is now 8pm on the 10th January and my parcel is still sitting.
Transglobal say that they can only pass on the message they received from the selected courier that the parcel would be uplifted. Despite a phone call today 10 january they contacted DHL supposedly and advised me the partcel would be uplifted today. Still waiting
