[Resolved] Travel Agent — Complain of DURGA TOUR & TRAVELS,NEW BUS STAND (KATRA)

I took a package from DURGA TOUR & TRAVELS,NEW BUS STAND,KATRA (J & K) worth Rs.18000 for visiting Patnitop,Pehalgam, Srinagar ,Gulmarg & Jammu.But during this trip me & my wife faced many problems like dirty rooms,low quality hotel,poor service from driver & when i gave calls to travel agent,he haven't received my call even a single time & at last i have to pay full amount to the driver because he said its their place.both the travel agent & driver are there to make tourism fool.I become fool one time & decided never to come your state Was this information helpful? travel agent — false ticket

I purchase a ticket of Jodhapur for 10AM bus on 28/02/10 from HANUMAN TRAVELS. The problem is that he doesnot have its owne bus they send me in khichi bus he dies not provided the seat and also he also refuse to return the ticket. bus have full loaded twice as no of seats. also their behaviour is roude.

travel agent — Cheating by an Travel Agent

Sir,my name is Jaspal Singh
I have applied for Australia as a tourist but my case was refused,i given him 1,40000 Rs,,,,40,000 by Bank transfer (with Recipt) and 1 lacs By Cash,.He gave back 40,000 imidiatly,but rest 1,00000 not give to me..I have also submit a FIR at SSP Hoshiarpur but that is also till Pending,Now i want justise
