[Resolved]  Travel Agent — cheating and over charging

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your notice that the following travel owner cheated me on my trip from ooty to kodai.
I had left for kodai on 29-04-09 from ooty and while in the bus we had a halt at
Mr N Dinesh owner of Shakti travels Address:- Hotel Gangotri Sunrise Complex, Ooty.
He asked me to come out of the mini bus and promised me a hotel and travel in kodai and thereafter travel to Bangalore.
He told me I will get a super deluxe room in royal hotel @1500 for twin sharing basis 24 hrs checkout
And sight seeing for both @ 600/- for two
And than I took the best bus booking for my travel from kodai to Bangalore in ac bus rates per ticket 650 each so it was fixed at 1300 for us.
So the total cost was 3100/- out of which he took 1100 and said the rest I will have to pay after I leave for Bangalore. I was happy to see a promise like this.

Now we reached kodai on 29-04-09 night at 9.00pm and travel co-agent Mr Munnabhai in kodai immediately asked for the payment and I had to pay balance 2000/- immediatelyor was asked to call Mr dinesh and get things sorted and after I tried Mr Dinesh in ooty spoke to me and after listening to my query hanged up the phone and switched off both his phones and I had to pay the balance.
Than he made us take a halt in pine green resort which is against the promise which did even not had bottled water facility as against promise of royal hotel and not uptomark. Also morning 9.00 am was checkout on 30-04-09 and promise was 24 hrs check out.

We went for sight seeing with our luggage lying in the travel office in kodai,

Now it was the backward trip to Bangalore which was promised to leave in luxury bus at 6.30 from kodai but they asked us to leave at 5.00 and that to in government bus and semi sleeper and the actual tickets rates were 290 per head for which he took 650 per head . thus they were full cheated me and my peace of mind during my holiday travel.
I was upset and they said that ‘joh karma he who karlo’. I need justice
