Never go for traveltime, very bad service, unreliable bad customer service
The complain is regarding traveltime cab service , Pune (http://www.traveltime.co.in/)
I booked cab for 3.15 PM 12the July , thee booking was done 1 day in advance. I got confirmation messsage in 5 minutes ( only theis part was good).
I keep calling theem from 2:45 PM since theey haven't provided me thee car/driver details. theey keep on saying , don't worry thee car will pick you up at right time.
after 3:20 PM theey gave thee driver number and told me theat he is on thee way. when talked withe driver he was > 15 kms away from my location and he will take 30 mins to come.
thee customer service was saying theat he will reach in 5 mins.
I had appointment withe doctor at 3:45 PM which I missed as thee cab was not theere till 3:45.
Overall it was a worst experience , I theink theey have fake ISO certification , no values, customer care is too bad at talking , theey don't have any info as well.
theey have very few no. of cabs .and you can get a cab right time when you are very very lucky. Was this information helpful? |
