This is with reference to the booking ID GT26810 booked for the sector Mumbai- Kolkata by Spice Jet flight no.SG-804 departing Mumbai on[protected] at 18:55 hrs.The ticket was booked online on 08th Feb’2013 in the evening through the company's website and payment was made by credit card at the time of booking.
However, till the time of my journey I did not get the confirmed PNR number of the ticket booked. On enquiry by the undersigned on the contact no.[protected] one of thier representative Mr. Pankaj picked up the phone and spoke very rudely, using un-parliamentary language and abused the undersigned and gave threatening that the ticket will not be confirmed as the prices have increased and if only extra price is paid will be confirmed.
However, later the undersigned called and spoke to the manager and also the operator who confirmed that they will resolve the matter and get back at the earliest with the confirmed PNR Number before my journey time
But , the time of my flight had passed and none of the representative of the company showed any interest in solving my problem.
I had to travel urgently to Kolkata as my family was not well and because of non-cooperation by the representative of the company I had to postpone my programme and later book the ticket at late hours by paying abnormal cost of fresh tickets.
This has left no option for the undersigned to lodge an online compalin at your box and request you to kindly help me out by taking a legal action against the company for quick refund of the ticket and safeguarding the rights of the consumers.
