          Sir,
          Please refer to my various mails, and also your assurances
          and promises to refund the Ticket amount of Rs.2255/- paid to on
          9th July 21, for the booked ticket PNR FN8Q9A 6E 818 Mumbai to
          Delhi, and Indigo has shown as Refund of the same done to you on
          23rd July itself due to the Cancellation of the said Flight by the
          Indigo. I had been calling you and also sent you several mails
          where in you have been promising to make the payment of refund
          recieved by you to me, however it is no more than a month the same
          has not been done by you. You are illegally and wrongfully
          withholding the amounts without refunding the same to me, and i am
          tired calling and listening to your false promises of doing soon.
          The harassment is unbearable and i am put to unnecessary trouble,
          annoyance by your deliberate false statements, which are creating
          loss of peace of mind. It has become necessary to compensate the
          said traumatic experience meted out by you, and i hereby call upon
          you to pay a compensation of Rs.50, 000/- in addition to the my
          amounts due and payable towards the refund of the Ticket i.e.,
          Rs.2, 255/-.
          I call upon you to within 48 hours of this communication comply
          with the above payments, failing which i will constrained to institute
          appropriate Legal Proceedings, for which costs and consequences you
          shall be further liable.

              I had booked a ticket to minneapolis on 20th may from mumbai (Ticket no [protected]) pnr no 53chni. Through travel easy.com along with five others i had to cancel this ticket (Id no tec9523bd 69) on 16th may as i could not get the canadian transit visa in time. However i am yet to get the refund despite several reminders. This is a useless travel co and it is not to be recommended at all

              I had booked a ticket ( [protected])-PNR 53CHNI on 20th may, from Mumbai toMinneapolis. As i could not get the transit Canadian visa i had to cancel my ticket ID (no TEC9523bd69 )on 16th may. I am yet to receive a refund for the ticket booked even though one month has lapsed

                Taking package from them is a curse, worst service, they do not even take us to the places which are given in the package, before taking the package i told them to give a good driver and the car which was told to be given, was not given and different car was given which was very dirty. The driver was very bad, have no manners to talk to anyone. So i suggest to go privately and not to take package from these type of companies. And after giving them money they do not care and if we call them they do not even reply. Their driver even do not know the routes of the places given. Taking package from them is loss of money. The company travel easy is a total cheater.
                I have purchased a flight ticket from traveleasy.com but they didn’t receive any money and my ticket has not been issued . But the amount has been debited from my bank account . I would like to know when I am gonna get back my amount .

                  I have booked my ticket for Kol-Del-kol on21st April and paid the amount of Rs.26000 and received email that ticket is booked. However no e-ticket got generated. When i call the customer support number no one answers. I emailed the customer support. Now they say that fares has increased and i need to pay Rs.1700 extra. Total cheating people. First they say they do not charge extra and make people book through their site. Then they do not issue the ticket unless you pay extra. This site should be blocked immediately.

After payment deducted they said ​YOUR TICKET IS NOT GERNERATED OF THIS REF NO TE542AFECD DUE TO FARE INCRESED IF YOU PAY INCREASED AMOUNT 1346/-WE WILL CONFIRM UR TICKET TICKET .PAYMENT LINK IS MENTION BELOW PLEASE CHECK.I told Let it be remain unbooked. I am getting better option on other sites and instant booking details too. Kindly refund my money to the original payment method.Then they said

                      Now 18days were gone bt still now I didn't get my Money.

They have raised the SR for the refund but I didn't received any amount till date.                           I have booked a indigo flight ticket in the month of June-16 (CCU-BLR on 02nd Nov'16) through the website traveleasy.com. However, due to change in travel plan I had to cancel the same. I had cancelled the flight on the website of Indigo airlines. The airlines have transferred the refundable amount to the website (traveleasy.com) account, as confirmed by them.
                          However, the travel portal is not refunding me the amount even after continuous follow-up over mails and calls.

                            This is with reference to the booking id TE327B1872. which has been booked on May 17th. I booked the two way tickets Mumbai to Kochi and Kochi to Mumbai.

                            Due to unavoidable circumstances i cancelled only my return journey through Travel easy site and i got the confirmation mail that the refund amount will be credited within 24 to 72hrs. Customer id : TECa3C5c00b

                            During my journey day i called the spice jet customer care to confirm my ticket from Mumbai to Kochi. This time i was informed that both the tickets are cancelled by the travel easy agent .This has been done without informing me .Also i have the confirmation mail stating only return journey is cancelled.

                            Later i asked for refund for my tickets and i am informed that cancelled tickets refund will be credited with in 2 days. Now its been already 20 days, whenever i called the customer care they say they are working on it. Even i sent many mails they didn't respond. If we call the customer care, they avoid simply saying the respective person has gone for lunch . Now i came to know that they don't have any intention to return the money.

                            Very bad service given by the travel easy .BEWARE of Travel Easy .Circulate this as much as to avoid misleading the customers.

                              I booked a spicejet ticket from Gauhati to Mumbai through traveleasy.com. The ticket they provided has no mention about cabin baggage only condition. While I reached the airport for check in, I was informed that I had to pay for checkin baggage as it is not included and it was a special fare ticket. The spicejet representative also told me that it is the fault of the travel agency that they did not mention the condition on their ticket. I immediately called traveleasy customer care and they accepted the mistake and promised to refund the amount if i send them the scanned copy of the ticket and receipt. I sent them all the details but there has been no response from them. When I contacted their customer care, the representative now denied to resolve the issue. Such is the negligence of TravelEasy.com. I request a quick refund of the money and proper action for their negligence to customer issues.

                                More than a month these guys are still having so called "technical issues in refunding my amount. They have a customer care number which they pickup once in blue moon. For all emails have just reply and send automated mail. A company which says our higher officials come only 5 in the evening. For u ppl 5000 might be a small amount, but is my hard earned money. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior anywhere. They don't have a track of any query which they create. They confirm a double payment has been done, after 15 days they say so such thing is shown in the query. Fraud company

                                      Before payment of a flight ticket booking, they have shown on Rs. 5842/-. after that no confirmation about PNR. after 30 mins they call from a delhi landline no in the night 11.30 saying "fare of the flight has been increased by 300 Rs. and you need to pay the additional amount, otherwise PNR can not be generated". whereas already the money has been debited from my credit card, now they are neither giving any confirmation of the PNR nor giving refund instruction. I can not book another flight. and flight fares are increasing. They have cheated. I want complete money back urgently with compensation.                                         Fraud Travel Agency Please be extra cautious while booking for Travel trip. It may happen the fun travel trip could be very disastrous becz of bad service and unexpected events in trip. In our case, we had booked thru a travel site traveleasy.com for our Srinagar trip. They are through cheaters and the best in the breed. Once payment is done then, you wil be in their control. Itinerary provided by them is totally different from the actual. Hotels are FILTHY. There was frequent change in itinerary hotels. be aware !!! **Traveleasy.com** Don't deal with them

                                          I had booked a ticket from Mumbai to Bangalore for 09th June 2013 for two people.
                                          My Booking code is : GT27564.
                                          The booking was cancelled by TravelEasy due their inability to connect to GoAir.in.
                                          The booking date was 1st May and cancellation by TravelEasy was on the same day.
                                          Following this, I tried to call customer representatives at least 10 times in last 15 days for refund.
                                          There was no proper response from Refunds Department.They kept telling twice that the refund would be made on the next day there by giving false hopes.They keep telling me that the refund will be given next morning and their morning never comes.
                                          I would not recommend this booking portal to anyone.

                                          I cancelled a ticket and its more than a week they are not processing the refund.

                                          The staff itself is clueless and say our SIR knows... And wonder where is sir???? Will come after an hour..

                                          Better go for direct booking from airlines even if agents give you a ticket for free....

                                            I have used your website for booking air ticket for Ahmadbad to Bangalore on 19/03/2013, the transaction got failed and the ticket was not booked but the amount got debited twice to my credit card.



                                            I have written email to your office on 22.03.2013, since than I am following up with your office through Phone and through email also, though they confirmed the credit to Travel easy account but till today there is no refund. Every time I call there are one or other reasons like



                                            1. After Holi we will process, concern person is on leave.

                                            2. Bank has rejected the refund

                                            3. Airline rejected refund

                                            4. We have to check with our boss

                                            5. Person is not available.

                                            6. Call after one hour, call after 15min.





                                            Sir, this is too much, any airline any other company with out any call they themselves send a mail regretting the wrong debit and on the third day they refund the money



                                            I am totally dejected with your callous approach with your customer and their money. I am paying intereast to my credit card service provider for the amount I have paid to your company.



                                            I once again ask for the refund at the earliest.

                                            Same thing has happened to me www.traveleasy.com

                                            I have cancelled the ticket against by booking id TEF26319CF on 15th March and was informed by the executive who confirmed cancellation on call that the amount after deduction will be deposited in one week. But unfortunately that has not happened.

                                            I have contacted them several times but the reply is there is some technical glitch and they are working on it ... its more than 2 months now ... Poor service

                                              This is with reference to the booking ID GT26810 booked for the sector Mumbai- Kolkata by Spice Jet flight no.SG-804 departing Mumbai on[protected] at 18:55 hrs.The ticket was booked online on 08th Feb’2013 in the evening through the company's website and payment was made by credit card at the time of booking.

                                              However, till the time of my journey I did not get the confirmed PNR number of the ticket booked. On enquiry by the undersigned on the contact no.[protected] one of thier representative Mr. Pankaj picked up the phone and spoke very rudely, using un-parliamentary language and abused the undersigned and gave threatening that the ticket will not be confirmed as the prices have increased and if only extra price is paid will be confirmed.

                                              However, later the undersigned called and spoke to the manager and also the operator who confirmed that they will resolve the matter and get back at the earliest with the confirmed PNR Number before my journey time

                                              But , the time of my flight had passed and none of the representative of the company showed any interest in solving my problem.

                                              I had to travel urgently to Kolkata as my family was not well and because of non-cooperation by the representative of the company I had to postpone my programme and later book the ticket at late hours by paying abnormal cost of fresh tickets.

                                              This has left no option for the undersigned to lodge an online compalin at your box and request you to kindly help me out by taking a legal action against the company for quick refund of the ticket and safeguarding the rights of the consumers.

                                                Dear Sir,

                                                I am NRI working in Denmark. I booked flight ticket for me and my family on 9th Sept'2012 though www.traveleasy.com.

                                                Details are as below:

                                                24.12.2012 Copenhagen Delhi Istanbul
                                                28.01.2013 Delhi Copenhagen Istanbul

                                                Traveleasy.com booked my flight ticket in Turkish Airlines and they has sent me confirmation of if this booking on same day i.e 9th Sept'2012.

                                                For this booking they charge approx. Rs.950000/- for fare and their service.

                                                But suddenly today , just before 7days they sent me a mail stating that my flight ticket has cancelled, and if i want to travel i have to pay more 15000/-. I called them and asked for the explaination and they did not give the correct explanation.

                                                After that i called Turkish airlines , they said that no booking was made on 9th sept in my name.

                                                It means www.traveleasy.com cheated me by sending wrong e-mail and misleading me.

                                                Now they are asking more money. I have alsed them to give my money back . I will book a new ticket now for the same dates. but it would be very costly around 40,000 more.

                                                I need your help here to provide me the compernation from traveleasy.com because of which i have faced lot of problems.

                                                I have all the papers with me.

                                                I booked the flight ticket from Bangalore to Jeddah to madeena Saudi Arabia[protected], booked with online banking but I don't recurve the mail, , , plz send me mail in full information of ticket
                                                There Could be some miss communication between you both my friend. As far as i know even i am a regular user of Traveleasy.com and i get the Cheapest Fares with best service. Even i am a resident o[censored]K.
                                                Btw its good to hear that your issue has been resolved.
                                                But once again i do not find fares cheaper than Traveleasy.com anywhere.
                                                Paytm says .my payment has been pending..but my money has been deducted..pls sir solved the problem
