Travelocity — No Refund even after more than 30 days of cancellation | |
I have cancelled my Air ticket on 15th May 2010 over phone and then tried calling the Travelocity customer care number. Kept hearing that "we are experiencing high call volume" This happened for many times many days. Finally i sent a mail regarding the same to their customer care team n got reply that they cant take this request of cancellation. Finally after 1-2 mails they agreed for the cancellation. The Ticket Details are: Your Trip ID is[protected] Name of Passanger: Manoj Kumar Singh Some body please help me to get back my refund .. Here is the reply the give everytime i send a mail to them "" On Mon, 21 Jun 2010 13:37:47 +0530 wrote >Dear Mr Singh, Thank you for your email We apologize for inconvenience caused to you ,we would like to inform you that your refund is in process, we already escalate your case to our finance team,so we request you to please wait for 3-4 days more because bank will also take few days to credit your amount in your card. Should you require further assistance, you may also contact us at the numbers listed below. Our Sales and Customer Care Team are open from 8am-8pm. We would be happy to serve you. Kind regards, Mohit Menon Sales & Customer Care | Travelocity India| www.travelocity.co.in "" I started my query with travelocity customer care team on 23 May and still Im getting the same response every time "please wait for 4-5 days more" how much shall i wait.
