Travelocity — No Refund even after more than 30 days of cancellation

I have cancelled my Air ticket on 15th May 2010 over phone and then tried calling the Travelocity customer care number. Kept hearing that "we are experiencing high call volume" This happened for many times many days.
Finally i sent a mail regarding the same to their customer care team n got reply that they cant take this request of cancellation. Finally after 1-2 mails they agreed for the cancellation.

The Ticket Details are:
Your Trip ID is[protected]
Name of Passanger: Manoj Kumar Singh

Some body please help me to get back my refund ..

Here is the reply the give everytime i send a mail to them

I started my query with travelocity customer care team on 23 May and still Im getting the same response every time "please wait for 4-5 days more"
how much shall i wait.

This is the worst service i have seen by any travel agent.

I canceled since Dec 6th 2010, today is January 13 2011

Still no refund! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I keep calling and all the same stupid excuses
