Travelocity — Refund pleaseee | |
Its been more than 2 months now, that i am awaiting my refund on the cancelled tickets. This is a sheer non-professional attitude and i am unable to get the money back. I have followed up with the travelocity call centee for more than 10 times, but in vain. This is my HUMBLE request to all you who is reading this, please please please do not book tickets (if you are not confirmed on the travel) from travelocity. I made a trip with travelocity last year. When I was tring to make a book on my visa, transaction did not go through, so I did on another credit card. But actually they made 2 transactions. Travelocity phoned me they will cancel one trasaction, but they did not yet. It was already 3 month ago. I phoned more than 20 times, now they only get me back the money for the flight, not for the hotel because is non refundable. It does not make sense. I already paid for the hotel. They are really suck. I WOULD NOT RECOMMAND TRAVELOCITY TO ANYBODY.
