[Resolved] Travelport Holidays — Delay Regarding Gift Voucher

Dear sir/Mam I Sandeep Verma won a Rs 10, 000 Gift Cheque through travelport holidays scheme in October 2008. They promised to deliver the cheque by 6 weeks(one and a half month). But now it has been more than four months. Every time I call at the given number they say you will get cheque in 2 weeks. it has been going like this since last 2 months. Mr. Verma has received his cheque .There is a window of 60 days for dispatch of gifts/cheques as per gift terms .In this case it was delayed by a few days due to technical reasons .We regret the same .

All can howver confirm with Mr .Verma that his cheque has reached him
