[Resolved]  Travelyaari.com — Amount deducted Twice and not refunded back

Hi,

I booked a ticket from travelyaari.com on 31st may 2013 for 2 persons from Pune to Surat. But since website was slow, so tickets were not booked but amount Rs 1820 got deducted. Then i got a call from travelyaari agent that she will book ticket for me and given a link for payment and assured me that I will get back my deducted amount. This time tickets were booked and again Rs 1820 got deducted. She assured me that I will get back money for uncompleted transaction within 78 hours but i have not got the payment yet.
