    Hi
    I cancelled my ticket on 19th January 2023 and recieved an email from travelyaari for refund of Rs 710.
    PNR:[protected]
    As per email the amount was supposed to be transferred withing 5-7 days. However even after 12 days I stil have not received the amount.
    .
    The contact support given in the email [protected] always respond with automatic message saying ""All are representatives are busy and the call gets disconnected.

    Kindly help and resolve.

      I had done booking on 15th Dec 2022 PNR:[protected], Tkt-No:[protected], bus is cancelled by operator but money not yet refunded.
      Now bus operator is not taking any complaint they are telling that we cancelled bus & told you immediately after ticket booking. Also they are saying that you have complaint to travelyaari.

                They haven't shared bus no, contact detail till last moment, they shared 2 no in email that were switched off, customer service agent also manipulate with wrong information

                  Dear Sir my ticket automatically canceled he called me and said bus is canceled like my ticket was canceled and the fare of the same bus went straight from 600 to 1400 if you had to do the same with the customer then this app kyu usse It is clearly written in your policy that if the bus is canceled then double pay will be done, now you want me to cancel the ticket and give nhi refund muje ticket on the bus 16/03/2022

                  On 26 feb 22 i want to travel from nagpur to pune bus oprator dashmesh travels 4.10pm is pick up time and i am waiting at pickup spot time 5pm suddenly bus oprator says bus have problem so we want to go for repair at service center repair time is 3-4 hours so firstly provide alternate option but there is no alternate option so who is responsible for this i am very suffer on this type of irresponsible service. I booked tikit from travelyaari so travelyaari responsible for this travelyaari want to provide me alternate option

                      Subject: Travelyaari E-Ticket & Invoice for Pune - Nashik Bus Booking PNR[protected]

                      Our pickup point was Sanchiti Hospital Pune @1:30 PM on 25-Dec-21

                      When we reached 1:15 at Sanchiti Hospital, Bus driver asked us to come to New Wakad Bus stop (saying that Sanchiti is no longer the pickup point but Travelyarri ticket has pickup details as Sanchiti Hospital)

                      When we reached Wakad Bus Stop, driver then asked us to come to Nashik Phata which was 15 km from Wakad Bus Stop.

                      So, even though we reached before time to pickup time driver kept on moving ahead without giving us a call (we gave him call at 12PM, 12:30 PM and so on though he kept moving ahead)

                      Due to this I have to pay extra to OLA cab which costed me fare equal to fare from Pune-to-Nashik

                        It is really pathetic experience booking bus ticket via punbus app

                        I booked ticket for new del to jalandhar for 2nd dec 23.59 pm

                        Payment was made via my upi of rs 1061
                        Check attachment

                        But i didnt receive any ticket via sms or email

                        Kindly refund as soon as possible

                              I've booked ticket on travelyaari at oct 1st 2021, from Pune to udgir at evening 7.30 pm bus operator called me and He told me that, bus cancelled due to bus is not booked fully. Also he told me refu6will come after 2 days.

                              Who is responsible for this?

                                  I've booked ticket on travelyaari at oct 9 2021, morning from Nilanga to Pune, at evening I called bus operator to get the status. He told me that, bus cancelled due to bus is not booked fully.

                                  Immediately I called travelyaari (my luck) phone ia picked and I mentioned my problem. He clearly told he is not responsible and hi marked status as journey completed.

                                  My 70 year old father and mother managed travel at double cost. Who is responsible for this?

                                  I've attached screenshot you can see the journey is showing completed.
