[Resolved] Travelyaari.com — Ticket provided for non functioning operator | |||
I have been searching for a bus from Calicut to Bangalore on 14-05-12 and found a travels called Abhishek Travels Bangalore with seats available on www.travelyaari.com. I've chosen two seats (17, 18) and booked it successfully (PNR no: 30869085-[protected]. The boarding point was Calicut bus stand and time was 7.00 PM. I reached the bus stand by 6.15 and tried to contact the Pick up Contact No: [protected]. Many times there was no response and finally they took the call and told me that "They don't have a bus service from Calicut to Bangalore today". Depressed I've called Travelyaari on their helpline number[protected]. But they told me that there was a mistake happened from the operator and they have entered wrong data on the site. The travel operator says that it was a mistake from Travelyaari.com. I've tried to get another ticket from other travels but it was too late and I had to book a hotel to stay. I need compensation from this website for the mental harassment and money lose I've experienced because of their carelessness. How can I proceed further with this. Was this information helpful? | |||
