[Resolved]  Triumph Systems and Solutions Pvt Ltd — Without any information my card blocked / rejected from mobile service

My Idea Mobile sim card Corporate plan group card, My mail ID is registered Mail ID in my organisation ([protected]@triumphsys.com). I am looking my branch operation & Administration. Today without any information/ without new card delivery my mobile sim card is blocked rejected from network service today evening on ward Number: [protected]s. Last one month very very poor Black Berry service & roaming mail facilities, After registered many compliant to the service person Mr.Piyush (Cell:[protected]).

Today after noon, personally I went idea office – shardha center due to poor black berry service and I got instruction form idea office person. He instructed me that "Please drop a mail to us. we will provide new sim card and Mr. Piush will provide new card after that your black berry service working without problem" but Mr.Piush still not deliver the card and his behavior also not good. “Shouting with me”.

I request this issues to your sales person Mr. Piush – [protected]. He replied “I have your new sim card but today I can’t deliver due my personal work”.

Please take action immediate. Without this number ([protected]) I can’t discuss with my company clients today night.

Last one month I am not getting roaming mail facility also.
