Gave a cheque in June 2006, of Rs.250000, as allotment money for flat in Daruhera and was promised allotment within an year. However, after waiting for 3 years applied for refund in Apr. 2009. Company took the original receipt and promised to pay post dated cheques for the amount within a month. But now they are not ready to give even post date cheques. We gave our hard earned money in one shot but now they are not ready to pay even in installments. Please suggest how can we get our money back.
