triveni infrastructure Complaints & Reviews

Hi,

Triveni Infrastructure took 20 lacs from me and alloted one flat for which I have full paperwork but nothing delivered yet even after 10 years.I joined Triveni Faridabad allotees association whick also took money that they are fighting but no results yet.I bought flat from Provident fund for parents so that they can live there as I am always overseas due ti work.

Can any one please help me what to do where to go as I do not have money to pay any association or courts.

I booked a flat in sector 78 ( nahar paar), Faridabad developed by M/S Triveni Infrastructure in Sept. 2007. Gave them aprox 11 lakhs of rupees by taking out optimum amount from my GPF and taking loan from PNB. Till date , the tower in which I booked the flat is not even started . When contacted, they demanded extra money to shift to another tower without giving any chose. I feel cheated.

I S. K. jain have booked two flats with the triveni Ferrous but flat was given but thereafter a cheque was handed over to me. The same got dishonoured. Then I engaged a lawyer Sh. Narendra Sharma (Advocate) and filed two cases one before the Ld. Metropolitan Magistrate Sh. Munish Marken and other before the Consumer Forum. My Lawyer has done a commendable job. He got Non Bailable warrants issued against Sh. Madhur Mittal and Sumit Mittal (Directors of the Company).

After issuance of the Non Bailable warrants, the Triveni People have started to approach me and my money is going to be refunded. if you want any legal assistance then you can contact to Sh. Narendra sharma on his mobile no. [protected] and [protected]

I have booked a flat with triveni infrastructure dated 22/11/2006 through cheque no 484540 amount of 2,50,000/ reciept no[protected].
At the time of booking I was told that rate per square ft area is 1400/ which amounts to 16,38,000 for a 1170 sq ft area .of which I have deposited Rs12,89,340 but when i recieved my provisional allotment copy I was shocked to know that they have charged me Rs2,34,000 as escalation charges the the condition never mentioned to me and it was done totally without my consent and knowledge.
This is a totally illegal act they are indulging in and I a person of a lower midle class family feels totally cheated by this powerful and influential lobby of the builders .I am running from pillar to post to get this 2,34,000 charged as escalation charges waived off.Please take plight in my condition and take action against the triveni infrastructure.

Respected Sir/Ma'am,

This is to kindly inform you that we enrolled for pre launching offer from Triveni for Dharuhera project in June 2006 while paying 2.50.000 as advance to them. We were promised that we would be facilitated by Triveni within an year. This has already been almost 4 years we did nt any sort of offer hence we asked for refund which they provided us with cheques wide no. 180014, 180015 o[censored]co bank dated...
