[Resolved]  Triveni Infrastructure Development Company Ltd — Cheating by Triveni

i have purchased the allotment of a flat to be constructed by Triveni infrastructure Private limited in reasle in the month of july 2008. as per terms of purchase and based on standard documents prescribed by Triveni the seller had assigned all of its rights, claims, etc in resepct of above referred falt in my favour and accordinlgy i had made due payment of Rs. 12.50 lacs to triveni. However after receipt of the money triveni has not assigned the above flat in my favour and orally asked for fresh terms and conditions which impose fresh liability on me, when i have asked to ask/refuse everything in writting, they have refused to do so and even employee of triveni threaned me and ask to sign fresh builder buyer agreement containing new terms and conditions. till date i have paid Rs. 14.50 lacs approx apart from Rs. 1.61 lacs towards interest charged by them @ 36 % p.a however no assignment of above flat has done in my favour. There are various criminal as well as consumer cases apprx 150 cases in my knowledge has already been pending. The promoters of this Comapny are Mr. Sumit Mittal and Mr. Madhur Mittal both are brother. They have done fraud in thier various other project like Ghaziabad hights at Ghaziabad, vrindavan, mathura also. The Address of the Company are as:
