[Resolved]  Triveni Infrastructure Development Company Ltd — Refusal to accept cancellation request for "Triveni Heights” at NH-24 Ghaziabad

Address:Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Hello Sir,

In response the advt. brochure of Triveni Heights, offering luxury apartments on NH-24, Ghaziabad, I deposited a sum of Rs. 3 Lakhs towards Triveni Infrastructure Development Company Ltd vide cheque # 813089 and 813090 dated 30/9/2006 and 8/10/2006 respectively which was acknowledged via receipt # [protected] - dated 16/10/2006.

Subsequently we were given an offer via dated 11/06/2007 for “Preferential Number” in allotment for which I was required to make further payment of Rs. 2.5 Lakhs.

In response to the above offer I made another payment of Rs. 2.5 Lakhs vide cheque # 813095 dated 24/07/2007, which was acknowledged via receipts # [protected] dated 27/07/2007, thus the total amount paid by me is Rs. 5.5 Lakhs.

At the time of booking I was assured that the project would be completed within 3 years but so far construction of the project has not yet started.

We have been continuously pursuing the matter with the company. Initially we were told that there was a delay in the execution of the project due to recession in real estate market / financial crunch of your company but we were still assured of the timely completion of the project.

The construction has yet not even startedand the wesite of the company still shows the update of Work going on in full swing. We visited Triveni office and demanded for cancellation of our booking and refund of Rs 5.5 lakhs, but the Gr Manager Amit Pahuja clearly denied receiving any cancellation request until the company has got any sufficient funds, without any definate date for that too.
I please request you to get the refund money of Rs 5.5. lakhs deposited with the companyand an FIR be lodged against them for cheating so many consumers.

Please also note that the builder has not only cheated the customers for Triveni Heights NH24 projects, but their other projects are also having a similar story.

Mr Madhur Mittal and Mr Sumit Mittal (both directors of Triveni Infrastructure Development Company Ltd) have a long history of not completing the projects. The Madhya Pradesh Government had issued recovery notice against them for some projects in 1996-97

District Magistrate of Agra declared them “Bhoo-Mafia“ (land Mafia) in 2008 , and there are a large number of cheque bounce cases against them, in some of which, they were even awarded punishment

Instigated by the above described facts and shocked the said revelations I found no other option but to approach you. I request you to protect my hard earned money (and that of many other people like me).

Regards
