[Resolved] trump — Pathetic customer service with Trump MTNL | |
I have activated 3G 1 month back. I am not able to access 3G and i am getting "Access denied by the service provider. User not subscribed" Its been a month i have been chasing the customer care for my problem. Everytime i hear the same thing that "Our cencerned person will get back to you". The next time i call i get the information that the call has been closed and now again our concerned person will get back to you" If MTNL is not able to take care of the customer complaint i would suggest they should close down the services rather then setting wrong expectations. trump — getting unwanted complaints
i am getting lots of calls from callcentres kindly block them as well as kindly block [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]as these people are calling without any work .
The services are very poor call gets disconnected every after 30-40 seconds network also varies it comes and goes. The customer care executives are very poor in communication adopting orthodox technology i.e remove your sim switch of[censored]r phone this is mockery to the technology
trump — No Network Coverage
I am using MTNL prepaid connection, mobile no. [protected] in Gurgaon NCR region.There is no Network coverage since Monday(18th May 2009) evening.
I am not able to make or recieve calls.
I want to know how long this problem will continue?
What is the reason for No Network Coverage for Prepaid Mobiles.
i am askin for my PUK code from yesterday night, its 6:30 in the next evening, yet i dint get the PUK code.
the reason behind this is just the line of customer care is not proper. Every time the cal gets dissconnect in between the conversation.

I have a trump. conection no. [protected] is Akhlesh Kumar I am suffring & last complaint no.[protected] dt. 31.10 so many time network problem so, I purchase sim No. [protected] on dt. 15.11.09 but no. can't rechage activation coupon i tried four time in costomercare but position no. 227 & 41 saying you contact Dealer & saying massage for activation but my mobile active due to I talking to own no. Kindly tell me what can i do . New no. is Start or new sim pur an other network.
