TT Global Exports, Erode — Non refund of money
Non refund of moneyOn 5/11/2011, I chose to order for 10 tonnes of turmeric today.
After confirming the availability, an amount of Rs.24,900/- has been deducted from me with a promise that the said quantity
will be delivered in 7-10 days. After the stipulated period, no delivery was made. When called, I was informed that the
amount for that quantity was not sufficient and order the same quantity with latest market price and has been trying to procure the same
in 8-15 days time. Since, the very purpose for which the product was ordered, was defeated, I was left with no other option
but to seek refund. Since 15/11/2011, several contacts were made with Senthil Kumar,TT Global Exports today for the refund.
Every time they promised to refund the amount in 8-10 days. Even after 20 days of order, I am yet to get the refund.
This is clearly showing the way TT Global Exports today has been operating. They simply deceive the customer showing that
the turmeric is available, deduct the money immediately and neither deliver the item nor refund the money. It is quite a
sorry state of affairs at TT Global Exports, which propagates itself as the subsidiary of Erode Turmeric group.
I would like to request all the netizens to take adequate precautions while ordering something from TT Global Exports, Erode.

For your kind information, you have said that you ordered 40tones of fresh turmeric and i delivered 23tons but there is no fresh turmeric available now and it will be available only after a month and there is no supply of fresh turmeric any where.turmeric crop is in maturing stage and it will be harvested and fresh turmeric can be supplied only by febrauary.so you are a fraud .Post the evidence for your claims or accept that you are a fraud and take back your post.
