[Resolved]  TTSL — Fraud from Collection

Dear team

I was using your tata indicom wireless internet service with account number :[protected]. I had applied for disconnection and at that time one collection person came to collect my payment on 27-June-2009. He informed me about a reversal scheme about that device. He said if you submit that device with us you will get reversal of Rs.2000 after three months.

I had submitted that to him on 27-June-2009.

Now it’s more than 6 months so I visited your Tata Indicom store at shivranjani then I came to know that there is no such scheme like this.

So I came to know it was a fraud with me

Now, As a proof of that collection person I have receipt of payment made on that same day to that same guy. Please track him and arrange that device back or I need reversal of that amount from Tata Indicom because the person came for collection was from Your esteemed Organization.
