Bus Conductor Misbehaved when asked for Fare Chart

Dear Sir, today I boarded in VS-4 from Ruby at around 9.30 am for my way to office at Sector V. My ticket # is 9507. The conductor charged me Rs.30 for my journey from Ruby to R.S.
