[Resolved]  Tula's Institute Dehradun — fraud placement

I was a student of the same batch of the college. The company came for placement to other colleges as we ll. After sellection the security was asked to which college did not agree. It was totally choice of student to give deposite or not. Students who choose to give deposit went personally to the company's office and gave deposit. I and many other students did not accepted the terms of the company hence not paid the sum. We are of the view that the college was not at fault and is not resposible for this as the college has not at all asked the students to pay this sum.

I also disagree to this complaint and agree with S.Gupta as that company came to mst of the colleges of dun...i have learnt that students from other colleges as well paid this amount on their own...colleges are not at fault as they were not part of this payment...the payment was made by the interested students directly to the company and that to personally going to the company's office...so if the initiative has been taken by the students themselves how can the college be blamed for it...!!!

Friends i totally disagree to john 1234.
This company came to our college as well which is one the most reputed college of Dehradun. After the selection procedure students were asked to report to the company and pay Rs one Lakh as a security amount. It was the decision of the students only to pay this amount or not.No college have not forced any students for paying this amount.If they would have been forced, all the students who got selected must have paid this amount and to my best knowledge only a couple of students have paid it out of their eagerness and anxiety to get the job.
Mr John 1234 stop blaming others for your own foolish acts.You should have gone personally to the office and check its credentials before paying this amount to them.
