I had registered for a Product Management course with Intellipaat (led by the prestigious IIM Ranchi) and requested a refund due to personal reasons.

This refund request was made on 5th May 2025. After hundreds of follow-up calls and filing consumer complaints across various portals, the company finally confirmed that the refund would be processed within a month.

I have been trying to get in touch with the Intellipaat team regarding cancellation of a course.

I mentioned regarding cancellation to the career counsellor on the 4th of May and sent my first escalation mail on 5th May.

Since then, it’s been 20 days and I have not received a single update.

I enrolled in one of the courses in Intellipaat, the counsellor told me that it would we a job guarantee course with 50+ industry level projects, nothing was provided after completing the course and even the mentors were very well behaved, when i asked them to cancel the course they suggested mt to sell the course to someone else and take the money from the.

After submitting a complaint regarding Intellipaat on ConsumerCourtOnline, I received a call from a representative of their team. During the conversation, I was offered a partial refund of ₹40, 000 on the condition that I remove all complaints and reviews from social platforms and consumer forums. I had a terrible experience with Intellipaat when I enrolled in a Generative AI-related course. Despite advertising an impressive and fancy syllabus designed to attract students, they currently don’t even have qualified faculty to teach the subject. Instead, I was placed in a generic Python class, which was far from what was promised.

Getting a refund was also an uphill battle, and the whole process felt unnecessarily difficult...

Course fees is 1.2 lakhs and quality of the course that is cyber security course is very bad. No proper hands on experience is given. No IIT professors taking your lectures. Only three guaranted interviews will be provided after clearing Placement readiness test. So either they must increase the placements or something related to that. Also there must be a refund policy for someone who doesn't want the course....

Hello Intellipaat team,
I have enrolled for Data science masters IBM course since Feb 2024, from past 3 weeks there is no class scheduled, the last class was on Power BI on 5th / 6th July 2024.
The support team says I will be enrolled when the new batch starts or I should self study from their portal.
Why should I wait for new batch to start??? It is delaying my course completion.
This is not a professional approach...

I enrolled MSc data science IU germany thru intellipaat on april 2023 Paid 60k and 240k as loan thru propelld. They ask me clear IU course specific knowledge to fully enroll for MSc. I didnt attend single class and i ask to cancel the course by august 2023, but they refused to cancel and ask me to take the course. Then i requested to change the course. But they refused that too. By march 2024 they email me and force me to finish the course...

I took cloud computing life time course with guarantee interview in intellipaat on March for cost of 50000+ extra service charges, now my current situation is bad, financially and mentally I am not ready to continue this course, from last 2 weeks I am requesting them to cancel the course and give the refund, but they are suggesting that we can't provide refund, if you want refund you can transfer this course to someone else and take money...

Hi, I have taken the PGP in data science in intellipaat, The course advisor said that I will get placed after 8 months of course completion now it has been 1.5 years, still I didn't got any interview calls from them and they are not replying to the emails also and they told me I will get a hike but they are some wrost company with 2 or 3 lpa which is very much less than my current package and I applied for them also but they didn't provide any interview calls, I'm paying emi for this useless course which making me more frustration.The course advisor aarthishree said the my emi will be on hold after 8 months and will continue after you get placed that is also not happened which makes me lose hope.Please help me to get my money back this is fraud company

Course adviaor (amisha) they did not take me full information regarding loan or course non refundable course name (electric vechile design) and enrolled me without full consern and took acceptance me in the mail taking mental stress where some details about non refundable or laon process and now i said for cancaltion but not anyone intellipaat team canacl it or they show me this mail (where amisha took acceptance from me taking mental stress) every time and not cancal and amisha not talk me who enrolled me in this course she blocked me and arreged other person for talking this regarding nicheay

I have referred my 6 friends for the intellipat course.According to their policy If I reffered 6 peoples then will get the full refund amount of course. Despite multiple follow ups they did not given single penny to me. Always they are giving fake promises that it would processed and credited in my account in 2 days . But it has been a more than 2 months I did not received anything from them. they are not answering my call also....
