I had registered for a Product Management course with Intellipaat (led by the prestigious IIM Ranchi) and requested a refund due to personal reasons.

This refund request was made on 5th May 2025. After hundreds of follow-up calls and filing consumer complaints across various portals, the company finally confirmed that the refund would be processed within a month.

However, just 10 days before the refund was supposed...

I enrolled in one of the courses in Intellipaat, the counsellor told me that it would we a job guarantee course with 50+ industry level projects, nothing was provided after completing the course and even the mentors were very well behaved, when i asked them to cancel the course they suggested mt to sell the course to someone else and take the money from the.

During the conversation, I was offered a partial refund of ₹40, 000 on the condition that I remove all complaints and reviews from social platforms and consumer forums. I had a terrible experience with Intellipaat when I enrolled in a Generative AI-related course. Despite advertising an impressive and fancy syllabus designed to attract students, they currently don’t even have qualified faculty to teach the subject. Instead, I was placed in a generic Python class, which was far from what was promised.

Getting a refund was also an uphill battle, and the whole process felt unnecessarily difficult...

Intellipaat people are fraud. They keep insisting and pressuring you to take their courses and pressurise for loans by Money View.
One of their executives Vijay called me on 5th sept and asked me to enroll in cyber security course. I declined and bought some time to decide but he called me continuously, forced me to atleast book seat today as seats are limited.

Course fees is 1.2 lakhs and quality of the course that is cyber security course is very bad. No proper hands on experience is given. No IIT professors taking your lectures. Only three guaranted interviews will be provided after clearing Placement readiness test. So either they must increase the placements or something related to that. Also there must be a refund policy for someone who doesn't want the course....

Hello Intellipaat team,
I have enrolled for Data science masters IBM course since Feb 2024, from past 3 weeks there is no class scheduled, the last class was on Power BI on 5th / 6th July 2024.
The support team says I will be enrolled when the new batch starts or I should self study from their portal.
Why should I wait for new batch to start??? It is delaying my course completion.
This is not a professional approach...
