[Resolved]  TVC Skyshop — Faulty Product

I recently purchased a mixer named Merlin 123 from TVC Skyshop limited. I am registered with them with my mobile no [protected].


It was delivered to me within 5 days of putting the order. However the product stopped within 2 days. When I lodged a complaint they refused to replae the faulty product and nstead asked me to send it to their head office for repairs at my cost. I am quie upset with this. I want the product replaced as it stopped functioning in two days alone.

Atleast you got product, i am still fighting to get same product from last one & 1/2 month. They have taken the money from Credit card and are not delivering the product .

I am quite upset with this shop.
marlin 123 only one month working after not work.

we have purchase marlin 123 only 10 days working, after marlin motor his burn but we have sending date: 25.12.2009 delivery date. 30.12.2009 but not return.
Dear customer care executive,

Fifteen days already over, but get no reply from your company. This is
really ridiculous. I think you are not able to give the proper service . But you or your company doesn’t know what I will do. First time I have paid courier charges for your company’s request to sent the defective unit for repairing, although should not paid for this. Your product still under warranty and this problem occurred from 4 days. You are not repaired anything and another problem added that there is also leakage in the container thread. Now I need the replacement another new seal pack against the defective MERLIN123 mixture grinder or full money refund. Either I have to go Consumer Welfare Office Govt. Of West Bengal against your company with compensation Rs.100000 for mental harassment. Now your company’s choice to stop the escalation issue.Pls reply ASAP.

I had purchased a slendor shaper which was dispatched.

The same stopped functioning and after speaking with your customer care
executive the same was sent to the Thane service center.

I am left With no choice but to post these comments in media as well as i am planning lodge my complaint with Consumer court. I call all the cheated customers of TVC, please come together and fight against this fraudulent company. Unless we consumers do not unite this company will keep keep cheating and making billions of Rs. from us.

All of aggrieved customers if agree to come together, please write to me at [protected]@rediffmail.com, with all valid documents so that i can put all together and file a case against TVC in consumer court.

Infact as i see all o[censored]s are from different regions, we should file a case against TVC in all the places so that before cheating a customer, a company will think twice to do so to us UNITED INDIANS.
TVC is a totally fraudulent company. Their customer care just does not respond leave alone attend to complaints. I am prepared to join any one who is willing to lodge a case against them in the consumer forum. I too have bought a merlin 123 mixie and am now afraid to use it for the fear of its getting burnt as I have noticed from other disappointed customers. They are big cheats.

I totally disagree with your comment, I had purchased an slender shaper from this company and a young forever after that i had been a customer of this company i never felt any problem from their side infact i received free gifts from their side, with purchase of every product

I had purchased the merlin 123 on 17th July 2010. I had done the payment by credit card. Its been more than a week but I have still not received it. After i called the callcenter, I was informed that the shipment was done on 25th Aug 2010. And they provided me the consignment no.
When i tried to track my consignment, it turnend out to be a different one that was dipactched on 6th Jul 2010.
I am very much dissatisfied with TVC.
Well I don't see it as a problem as if product as you should ask that before purchasing can't you do that.
go to www.eBay.in and search for shop " home_n_lights" . They have the original mixer also ( with Warranty ) and all spares too, you may call on [protected] too, it really helps !
I have ordered slender shaper through tvc sky shop website by using credit card. But till now (after 10 days) the product is not delivered. I have tried many times to contact through the toll free number but never able to talk to the representative.
My first experience with TVC is horrible and I am not going to purchase any thing from TVC in future
refer complaint no[protected] dated[protected], Merlin 123 was sent to you for repairs and returned by you and received by me on 17-09-10.i had spoken to your customer care rep that some loose part is dangling in it. He said that you can use merlin123 without any hassle. The mixer has gone off again. Seems defective piece was sent. Advice further action earliest . My mobile phone is not starting yet.
I ordered a Icon G8plus mobile phone. It was delivered to me next day. But when I tried it to start it didn't started. So I want to replace it as soon as possible. And from this type of service I am totally disagreed and I don't think now that I will purchase any product from TVC SKY SHOP.

I agree with you. Even, i purchased a Cooking King with Free Silcer Dicer from them last month. First time i received the product in a damaged condition. I called customer service, they asked me send the product back to their Mira Road office. I paid the cartidge and send the same. After 15 days, i recieved the product again in the damaged condition. After making several calls, they said they cannot change and i can get it repaired from the local vendor. What the is this?

Pathetic Service, Worst quality of products and no customer service.

Will recommend people not to buy anything from them. They are Cheaters.
