Had ordered a mobile display from your website Maxbhi.com. The product was delivered to my home on _ (second date) at 10 AM. Upon checking the product, I found that its quality was not satisfactory and it was uncomfortable to use, which did not meet my expectations.

Oneplus 7 screen replacment

I have ordered a lcd screen for my onplus 7 handset, i have recevied a fake and not working product, company is not accepting the refund now as it is claiming the screen protctor is removed...

1. Order #8767067, Paid on 30th May 2025 at 6:58pm with credit card for Rs. 1, 249. After a week, they cancelled, refunded to ewallet and asked me to reorder so there is more time to source.
2. Order #8788363, Paid on 6th Jun 2025 at 11:04am with ewallet balance for same item. After a week of waiting, I cancelled and now balance in ewallet, and all their FAQ about transferring ewallet balance to bank account is BS.

Their online "Contact Customer Support" also doesn't work but have a whatapp no. which was prompt in reply to order no. 1 that I should reorder. Now, on my request to refund to bank, no response.

This is a well orchestrated scam business. This site/business/owners will disappear before law enforement catches up with them.

    Myself thanushkumar, i ordered Oneplus Nord CE3 Lite display combo at maxbhi.com [on march 27th at 9:59pm, order #8582978 ] ...got it delivered on today '30th march. ...product packaging is good, but the mobile display LCD light in the display screen is not working...once it is connnected to the phone by flex cable, the phone is vibrating but No display is visible and the screen remains blank...i was trying again but it shows nothing. therefore am requesting for an refund or exchange for the received Defective/Non-Functional Mobile Display - Order 8582978...its mentioned as replacement eligible till 9th april.

        Date of the Incident: 18th November 2024 (Order Placed)

        Full Description of the Incident:
        I placed an order (#8136711) with Maxbhi.com on 18th November 2024 for the following items:

        Battery for Micromax IN 1
        Ear Speaker for Micromax IN 1
        The total amount of ₹1, 048 was paid, However, the order has been delayed and is still under processing as per an email received on 21st November 2024.
        Additionally, I tried contacting their customer care team multiple times, but they are completely unresponsive.

        Desirable Resolution of the Complaint:

        If the delivery cannot be made promptly, I request a full refund of ₹1, 048.

          My name is Babu. I recently purchased a display on[protected] for my mobile which is broken and working properly.

          Item:LCD with Touch Screen for Infinix Hot 7 Pro - Blue (display glass combo folder)
          what should I do now because of their product I lost my mobile completely. I went to technician and he connected the received display. The display didn't worked and my mobile gets heat and smells like burning. Immediately I removed the display. After some time I connected my orginal display which is broken. This is also didn't turned on. Then technician said that the mother board was damaged because of their product. What should I do now. Because of their product I lost my working mobile. Who will compensate me for the loss of my mobile and my money. Your company must be responsible for my total damage. The cost of my mobile + lcd display=9999+819=10817 rupees.

            Did not get replacement of a faulty display.

            I ordered a display lcd of Asus zenfone Max pro M1 from Maxbhi.com on 24th October. I received it on 28th October. Got the display checked by a local technician, It didn't look damaged from any spot but still the touch of the screen wasn't working. I requested for the replacement on 30th October. Attached the photographs of the screen also. It took the customer service 6 days to respond about this issue and the customer executive...

              This is really frustrating to receive one + 7 display folder, after waiting for several days and getting an defective and incompatible product . Product quality is lowest (Even a local repair shop provides good and tested product)
              Also, tried several times to contact your support and sales team but no one responded ever. Worst experience with Maxbhi . Your google reviews seems to right saying not to buy anything from maxbhi. Fraudsters .
              This people are fooling customers by sending fake and defective products . a big cheat

                I was shown my order will be delivered on 6th July 2024. It still showing shipping soon and in quality check. When I talked on call regarding my order. The customer support lady. Ms. Yashi started providing me with false information regarding company policies and my order and trying to misguide me after finally picking my call when tried for 4 hours. Things like 1) They'll deduct money even they'll not be able to provide the order. 2) My order is in delievery procedure. 3) I cannot claim refund even though they have mentioned about 100% refund if order not delivered on time by playing with words like *estimated*. 4) They'll call me regarding my order within 2 hours. (yesterday 4 P.M. I was said this, still no call) 5) They are open on sunday. (When tried to coontact on call support both the numbers say they are closed today) 6)I can contact them on their email. (funny enough, they are not accepting any requests that way) and much more.
                I don't know where my order is it was meant to be delivered on 6th July 2024, customer support trying to misguide. If it shows still in shipping control which should have actually be done before putting product in stock on the website and then not accepting what company is claiming. I don't want the products anymore this way, not sure even if they have them, cannot contact them on their customer support handles. I want a REFUND.

                  After Receiving battery and installed in mobile to check battery. It not charging at all.
                  I have tried with different charger as well, even used USB power meter it is not taking even 1 mA of current.

                  After submitting replacement request they say since battery is used it voids warranty. I don't understand how can we check battery without even connecting battery, why doesn't Manufacturing defect not considered.

                  Also they claim they have tested battery. How come it is not charging.

                    At first when I made a mistake in the order, the executive was supportive to modify with what I wanted, and I was positive that I'll get the genuine product, once the product was recieved, I opened the box to my suprise the lcd back panel had lot of scratches and a damaged flat flex cable and it was not working either, I raised replacement request for the same and it was declined, I called the customer care and a lady picked up and she said that physical damage cannot be replaced and she blamed on me and the delivery person, I felt bad and this is a lesson for me not to order from them and it's a loss that nothing can be done, they aren't genuine.

                      Subject: Maxbhi.com website return policy which is against Govt of India THE CONSUMER GOODS (RIGHT TO FREE RETURN) BILL, 2015. Order description : I ordered Samsung J7 display which is not compatible of my phone and in website there is no description on product. When I asked for return they are teaching me their policy which is a totally scam. They are not following the policy made in parliament, using in house policy to sell Chinese product in India without any return policy. They don't have any verified support email id we can't mail them. After calling on customer care, they open the replacement request option on their portal. On call they only blame us talking in very bad manner. You can see the reply which I got from Harsh Varma in screen shot. Issue: Every time they decline my request for replacement and in the name for support taking to me in very aggressive manner. I'm very frustrated and mentally disturbed on call conversation. They are very powerful in this field more that thousands of complaints has been done other user on consumer forum .But still they are in market and doing scam. Request: I'm requesting you to please take the strict action against the website, I'm very upset because of their confidence in this scam. They said everyday peoples comes but from 9 years they are successfully running their business based on home made policy. Conclusion: Because of their fraud I'm not stable mentally requesting you to take the action and for this activity they have to pay me 100 times amount which I paid for this product. I hope i will get justice and my refund amount. Thank you so much. I will be always thankful of your support to give me platform to expose scam for justice.

                          I am Divakar murthy, m:[protected] & booked a One plus 2 mobile display at maxbhi.com. The received One plus 2 mobile display LCD light in the display screen is not working. When it is fit to the phone, the phone switch's on by vibrating. No display is visible and the screen remains black. So I requested a replacement as per warranty valid till dec 1. They asked for photographs of the new display they sent, plus my mobile photo. I sent them all. Now they say as the warranty sticker is removed so they don't replace it. There was no sticker on the product & I have not removed anything & the product is kept as received on arrival. maxbhi.com is cheating by sending damaged products & no replacement also.
                          Concerned authority please help me return or refund this damaged mobile display

                            I bought a battery from the Maxbhi website. I used it and felt it was fake. This is the first time I'm buying a product from this website. I bought the item after seeing the feedback on their website. Only full positive feedback is seen. It was only later that I realized it was all fake. I gave them feedback and they didn't accept it. People buy items from their website without knowing that the feedback on their website is fake. Their policy is that no matter what fake or damaged product they send to people, people need to pay the courier charge and send the products return to them. I don't want any of their products. After days of texting, they said they would give me a refund. But they say that return the product to them and give to me refund only after they get the product. I don't trust them at all. I said that I will send the product return only if given me refund first. They don't accept it. When I look at the feedbacks on social media, I see only the negative feedbacks.

                              I order one plus lcd on 16 October. Customer care told me to refuse as by mistake they put redmi inside instead of one plus. They said dey will send again. They have sent by it shoes deliver when it was not handed to me and again they call me it will be delivered within 48hrs. However till now I didn’t receive the product. Never order product from this company again
