        An order #3906833 was placed on dated 14.10.2021at 06:05 PM for LCD with Touch Screen for Asuszenfone Max Pro (M1)and it's payment was done via phone pe mob [protected] with Rs 2129.00
        But an SMS via mobile informed o[censored]npaid payment and another payment was made using debit card ending************9773
        Thus I have been charged twice for the same single unit costing Rs 4258.00
        Now I request return my Rs 2129.00
        And if any order has placed repeatedly please cancel it .Send me only one unit costing only Rs 2129.00 Only.

          I ordered a battery for my Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus mobile phone at Maxbhi.com.

          The order number is 3799131 (Prepaid). I received it on[protected].

          On opening the package, I found out that they sent me a different battery. My phone has a BL259 battery with a 2750mAh/10.5Wh rated capacity. But they sent me a BL242 battery with a 1800mAh 6.7Wh rated capacity.

          In other words, I received a low-capacity, incompatible battery. Further, this battery discharges within 30 minutes, after a full charge. So, even the capacity mentioned on their battery is fake.

          Immediately, I made a replacement request on their website, the replacement ID# 42721. But they declined it on frivolous grounds and refused to replace or refund my paid amount.

          I have been messaging and calling them for the next 20 days, but it is no use. They cheated on me.

          If Maxbhi fails to resolve this issue. I am planning to approach the Consumer court.
