Dear Sir, This is sanjeev kumar bansal. my client purchased TVS APACHE 160 RTR On Date 15/02/2012 ,for amount Rs 67,400/- in SHAHI MOTORS TVS show room RANBIR COLLEGE ROAD SANGRUR AND HEAD OFFICE NABHA ROAD MALERKOTLA.NOW SHAHI MOTORS SANGRUR IS TAKEOVER INTO GURUKIRPA MOTORS AT SAME ADRESS. from the date of purchase i am facing many problems, its engine is giving every time gives some noise like tik tik. iwent many time his service centre they says it is ok i also given a complaint on toll free no but tey are not giving any response.when my client went to service his owner says you don,t purchase from us you purchased from SHAHI MOTORS.they are misbehaving and roughly talking. mi have chane my byke lock 1 month ago but today another person who have apache iwas coming at my office. by mistake he take my byke with his own key of his apache hoew could this is possible my lock is perfetct and original it couldent opend another bykes key so plz keep some action it
