[Resolved]  TVS FLAME 125 — POOR QUALITY AND NON AVAILABILITY OF HANDLE LOCK AND SPEEDOMETER.

It is to draw for your kind attention and favorable action

I "Surinder" had purchased "TVS Flame 125" from M/S Rajdoot Motors Adarsh Nagar,

showroom in 2008 against Registration No."DL-8SAP-3400" Chassis

no."32917", Engine No."1033664". From the date of purchase I have

already got changed its "Handle Lock" three times under

warranty/guaranty. The fourth time the lock had not been working

moreover its speedometer is also not working. I have checked with

your showroom several times and every time I have been told by your

staff that Lock and Speedometer are not available. Since I can't use

my bike without Lock as it is venerable to be stolen as I park it

outside my house I have left it at your showroom almost fifteen days

back but till now I have not been able to get its Lock and

Speedometer repaired/changed. Kindly look into the matter and get the

problem solved as early as possible.
