TVS Flame — worst service and customer relation and money minded | |
Hi, This is about the worst and stupid TVS dealer, Kohinoor motors greams road chennai. It can even take 2 or 3 pages to list about worst dealers the kohinoor motors. bad service, worst customer relation, stupid management. I bought TVS Flame last year and i would have given the bike for the service 4 to 5 times to recitfy the problem but they havent solved yet. And i have given complaint regarding this to the management too. (the person name - Shankar, MD of kohinoor motors) i lost the hope they will solve the problem after meeting this person (shankar). the customer relation is much worse than any other company. What i suggest to you and others is do not buy any 2 wheeler in kohinoor motors. This is just cautioning for those who buy bikes. I have seen so many problem for others who bought bikes in kohinoor (both customer relation and service). I want you not to recommend kohinoor for 2 wheelers to you family, friends etc. I am telling this for your convenience. Srinivasan Was this information helpful? | |

I have purchased a bike TVS Flame CG05 E9868 on 02 Feb 2009 from Scooter House DHAMTARI ( Chhattisgarh)
which is TVS Flame 125cc engine . Actually, I have purchased it on 02 Feb 2009 After 3 services it starts to give many complaints, like engine voice, handling and race etc...I have many times told to serviceman that do it clearly. But When he return my bike after service, its engine again starts giving noise...
So plz solve this problem...
