[Resolved]  TVS GOLD BLACK — complain regarding exchange of keyboard

my tvs gold keyboard is in out of order. plz give me the address of service center near lake gardens

they could not work proprely they type words autometicaly without press any key

i have a purchase a tvs gold keyboard of wroth rs 1225 with one year warnity but it not work proparly after that i send it in tvs servise center but they say that we are not able to maintain it after then i send it anthor center at[protected] the man say we provide in 7 days but today he say we want minmum 25 days means total 2 month i have not work without keyboard plzzzz sir take some action .

I purchase the TVS Gold Key board in Jan 2010.
Last One month the Keyboard was not worked properly.
Some keys are strucked in pressing time.
The strucked key cannot restore the original position.

before 7-8 months ..it is not working good..some keys is not working properly. there for i cant do my work properly. i have faceing more trouble for to do my work normally. when i was went to the seller he was told me that the guaranty period of the product is expired ...but but i have the bill of my system .and i was purchased it from date o[protected]. the model no of keyboard is TVS GOLD NAHH4D0059863.

i wanna replace it..please help me out from this problem.
lots of company available in market for computer accessories but i was choose you TVS because the quality and right now i m faceing this kind of problem...it is question for your good will in market.
